The aesthetics of the property were impressive and the

cleanliness of the room was top-notch. The spa services were a delightful addition to our stay. However, the dining options could use some improvement. the waitstaff in the restaurants seemed a bit overwhelmed at times.

Upon arrival, we faced a frustrating check-in process where our room reservation was not honored, forcing us to navigate through several employees to find a suitable room. To make matters worse, the noise from the pool bar and the main stage music made it nearly impossible to enjoy any peace during our stay. The bathroom cleanliness was concerning, especially when we discovered a cockroach on our last night.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Luxury Junior Suite with Ocean View. The room was spacious and spotless. Tavia and Gabrielle at the front desk provided really good service. Ms. Georgia in the buffet offered excellent assistance. The ocean view was fine! 🌅

Just a reliable pick for a day tour in Negril with extraordinarily good value for money. The swim-out pool was a great spot to chill and enjoy some sun. Bring your own snacks as the dining options can be unpredictable.
